“Sounds of Dispersal” is an audio installation that explores the four main and less common modes of seed dispersal: gravity, wind, water and animals and fire and ballistic release. Within this abstract collage, sounds of dispersal recorded from various locations around the world are woven into a loosely structured conversation of elements and players in the dispersal of seeds, inviting the listener to explore the life cycle of plants through sound.

Medium: Audio Installation - via speakers or headphones; CDs can be made available for purchase.

Dimensions: variable due to nature of medium and installation design plan.
